Up to 0% Commission Terms

UMIVERSE offers up to 0% commission on real estate transactions under specific conditions. The 0% commission applies only when a seller is connected directly with a buyer through our platform without the involvement of external real estate agents.

To qualify for the 0% commission:

• The buyer must discover and connect with the seller directly through the UMIVERSE platform
• The transaction must be completed entirely through UMIVERSE's transaction management system
• No external real estate agents can be involved in the transaction
• Both buyer and seller must agree to UMIVERSE's terms of service

If any of these conditions are not met, standard commission rates will apply. These rates are still significantly lower than traditional real estate commissions and will be clearly disclosed before any transaction begins.

Additional Services

UMIVERSE offers optional additional services that may incur separate fees. These services include but are not limited to:

• Professional photography and virtual tours
• Home staging consultation
• Premium listing placement
• Legal document review
• In-person showing assistance

All fees for additional services will be clearly disclosed before you choose to use them.

Platform Usage

By using the UMIVERSE platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your property
• Respond to inquiries and offers in a timely manner
• Use the platform for legitimate real estate transactions only
• Not circumvent the platform to avoid fees or commissions
• Comply with all applicable real estate laws and regulations

These terms and conditions are subject to change. Any changes will be communicated to users via email and posted on the UMIVERSE website.
